You are looking for responsibilities in Voice-over-IP which are diversified and technologically demanding? The projects we can offer you, include the project design of call centre systems, the integration and development of complex VoIP solutions, or the design and implementation of TC-specific monitoring solutions.
Main responsibilities
Vattenfall will migrate the majority of its current, heterogeneous telecommunications landscape to Voice-over-IP solutions - your responsibilities:
- To develop TC standards on the basis of Voice-over-IP
- To expand the existing infrastructure to allow the use of voice and video
- To conceive and implement Voice-over-IP-based solutions
- To migrate end-of-life TC systems to the Voice-over-IP landscape
Your preferred background
You are an engineer (focus on Voice-over-IP) with several years of professional experience and comprehensive knowledge in the fields of networks, telecommunications, VoIP, LAN/WAN and IT security. You will also have experience in implementing projects in the field of telecommunications / VoIP. Your background includes:
- Engineering studies (at a Technical University or University of Applied Sciences) in information science, mathematics or communication engineering (or a comparable specialisation)
- Several years of experience with networks, telecommunications / VoIP, including the relevant certifications
- Know-how of VoIP solutions (Avaya, Siemens), networks (LAN/WAN), telecommunication systems
- ITIL knowledge
- Good English skills
- Several years of experience in technical project management
- Independent way of working and teamwork focus
- Readiness to travel to European Vattenfall locations
