Group Internal Audit is an independent, objective assurance and consulting activity designed to add value and improve Vattenfalls' operations. It helps Vattenfall accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes. Both Investigation of potential fraud or inappropriate business conduct are an integral part of the audit process. The Head of Group Internal Audit reports to the CEO and independently to the Board (Audit Committee).
Job description
You will be offered an independent and challenging position in a dynamic and international environment. The major tasks will consist of assisting the Head of Group Internal Audit with tasks such as planning and co-ordinating meetings, preparing material and presentations, travel arrangements and conferences, as well as administrative tasks e.g. budget and cost tracking and special assignments such as updating of Annual Audit Plan etc. You will also support the rest of the team (will be 8 persons in near future), especially the auditors based in Stockholm with administrative tasks. The position is a part time position 75%.
Qualifications
You have a relevant education for the task and at least four to five years experience from qualified assistant work with executive management. As you will be operating in an international environment, you must have a very good command of both Swedish and English.

Your working style should be characterised by a proactive approach and professional manners in a structured way. Personal traits we look for are drive, service minded, a high level of interpersonal competence and well-developed structured and quality awareness. You have a personal maturity as well as integrity, and you are used to working independently in a fast-paced environment. You have good skills in Power Point, Outlook and Excel.
